My only fear with this game is that I will not run into any other players online during my experience... Definitely gonna be picking this one up though!

I am curious to see how Journey will play out because I thought Flower was beautiful and the music was very uplifting. Unfortunately, I found myself getting sleepy at times while playing it.

Looks amazing, I'm getting this when it comes out. Great scenery, music, and I love the fact they try to make a different type of game. Games are supposed to be fun, and they make sure it is. This is the type of game I can play with my family, regardless of age or gaming skill and still have fun. keep up the good work.

Journey reminds me of Limbo. You know, platformer/puzzle with a unique premise and strange, yet cool visuals and style. Limbo is awesome, so Journey is definately gonna be awesome, as well. More like amazing, when I think about it. Jaw-dropping.

hahahaha I just love Kevin's questions... so deep.... he came very close to..."what is meaning of life in terms of the experience?", "does the characters have the ability to love?", "is the dessert alive with the sound of a thousand years of pain?"

I thought Flower was an amazing experience. I'm expecting Journey to be the same. Really looking forward to it.

The environment looks so massive and beautiful, I love the parts when the character is walking up a sand dune, not knowing what to expect, then you suddenly see a new wide expanse of desert (eg: 10.20).... but it would be better if there was more purpose, if this was a sonic game it would blow my mind away! XD

It sounds good...but seems like it might be pretty short. She said 2 1/2 hours if you go straight the the mountain, but she didn't say how long it would take if you explore everywhere. It's beautiful though, and I love how the sand moves when the character walks or slides through it.

  • Jaxifer34

    Posted Jun 10, 2011 11:20 am GMT

That look cool. I've played Flower and Flow. It is definitely a very different gaming experience. Breaks away from the pack and make themselves stand out by not following usual game conventions. Wish this company the best of luck in their game endeavors.

that game company dosent make games that ur suposed to beat and then be all like HA! i beat it woo and feel all mighty for doing so they make games that stimulate all other senses and the whole (no pun intended) jorney of the game is to be taken as diffrent emotions for each person.

  • Entropy730

    Posted Jun 10, 2011 10:09 am GMT

this game does look amazing... but I'm also kinda wondering; what's the point? What ultimate goal am I attempting to reach in this world? You have no arms to manipulate or change the environment but it seems like you have spells or "shouts" as she put it. Again, I'm looking forward to just exploring and figuring out the mystery, but tbh, I think she and the people she works with smoke a lot of weed lol. It's a beautifully colorful world that has a calming and chill energy to it but maybe half way through making the game, they were like "sooo wait.. like, what are we doing in this game?" hahaha. I don't think they ever nailed it down but that's okay. I'm still very much looking forward to this; guess we'll just have to wait and see.

@Slainta Why it took so long to develop? There's only 12 people in the whole company.
